Concept
Some of the best inventions started on a napkin. The genesis of a great idea could be as simple as a drawing on a sheet of scratch paper or a collection of inspired notes. Here’s how we make an idea better than imagined, generate a prototype, and get your product ready for production.
Design
The design phase is critical. Our engineers can help you define your products' application and from that point, our team evaluates the best options for material, the mechanical and electronic components, choice features and style in which to spec into your total product design. In this phase, we make sure that your product is designed for manufacturability. We start with 2D renderings to quickly sketch out your options. After reviewing the initial sketches, we work together with our client's engineers to fine-tune the schematics until the final design is to our client's satisfaction. Next, we can create a 3D model that can be manufactured into a physical prototype.
Final Approval
Once a prototyped first article is manufactured and approved, we offer BOM creation services, a full set of CAD drawings, and a long-term manufacturing production plan that makes sense for our client's requirements.
